ZERO WASTE GRANT PROGRAMME Gaziantep Informative Session will be held on 21 August.

ZERO WASTE GRANT PROGRAMME LAUNCHED

The ZERO WASTE GRANT PROGRAMME, part of the grant component of the Local Zero Waste Initiatives Programme, has officially opened its call for proposals. The Contracting Authority is the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change – Directorate General for European Union and Foreign Relations – Department of EU Investments. The Union of Municipalities of Türkiye acts as the Final Beneficiary, and the Zero Waste Practices Department of the Directorate General for Environmental Management is the Co-Beneficiary.

A total of € 6,300,000 in grant support will be provided. The deadline for project concept note submissions is 15 September 2025.

Informative Sessions:

The first event providing comprehensive information about the grant programme and proposal processes was held in Ankara on 23 July 2025. The second information day will take place in Gaziantep on 21 August 2025.
