The signing ceremony for the grant agreement of the project titled ‘Technical Assistance Tool to Support Post-Earthquake Rehabilitation in the Municipal Infrastructure Sector’ was held at our Ministry on 16 December 2024.

The project, for which the grant agreement was signed by our Deputy Minister, Ms. Fatma Varank, and EUD President Ambassador Thomas Ossowski, will be implemented under the responsibility of the General Directorate of Provincial Banks (İLBANK), an affiliated institution of our Ministry.

Within the scope of the project, support will be provided to local authorities through investments that will enable access to modern drinking water and infrastructure facilities to be implemented in the earthquake zone by international financial institutions, primarily the European Investment Bank.
