Kick-off Meeting for the ‘Technical Assistance for Ilbank Project Implementation Unit’ Contract under the Technical Assistance Facility Grant Project to Support Post-Earthquake Recovery in the Municipal Infrastructure Sector The meeting was held on 10 September 2025 with the participation of representatives from the EU Delegation to Turkey, the General Directorate of İller Bankası A.Ş., the Project Implementation Department, and the Project Preparation and Monitoring Department.

The meeting was attended by representatives from the European Union Delegation to Turkey, the Contracting Authority/Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, ILBANK, and the project consortium members.

Presentations on the project objectives, activities, and expected outcomes were shared during the meeting.
