The 4th Project Steering Committee (PSC) Meeting of the “Technical Assistance for Promoting Sustainable Management Capacity of DoEUI and Capacity Building of End-Recipients Project”, financed by the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye under the IPA II Environment and Climate Action Sector Operational Programme, was held on 2 February 2026.

The meeting, held in a hybrid format at the Ministry’s meeting hall under the coordination of Assoc. Prof. İsmail Raci BAYER, Head of the Project Implementation Department, and Mr. Mehmet Yunus İNAN, Head of the Project Preparation and Monitoring Department, was attended by Ms. Elif TORCU ÖZDEN, Sector Manager at the Delegation of the European Union to Türkiye, as well as representatives from the Project Implementation Department, the Project Preparation and Monitoring Department, and Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

During the meeting, discussions focused on the overall progress of the project and upcoming activities, including a review of the activities implemented over the past three-month period and the activities planned for the forthcoming three-month period. In addition, activity scheduling, as well as risks and assumptions, were presented and assessed, and up-to-date information on the project’s implementation was shared.
