On 08.09.2025, the 3rd Operation Coordination Unit (OCU) meeting was held at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change. 

The 3rd OCU (Operation Coordination Unit) meeting within the scope of the Technical Assistance for Promoting Sustainable Management Capacity of DoEUI and Capacity Building of End-Recipients Project was held on the 8th of September.

The meeting, held as a hybrid in our Ministry’s meeting hall, was attended by personnel from the IPA Units (OCU Members), as well as officials from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

During the meeting, the project’s progress over the last two months was reviewed in detail; completed goals, areas for improvement, and key achievements were shared.
In addition, planned activities for the upcoming period and coordination mechanisms within work processes were discussed comprehensively.
