ABOUT THE PROJECT	Objectives of the project are to provide support and assistance to the IPA Units within the Ministry regarding the effective preparation, implementation, monitoring, and control of EU programmes and projects in the environment and climate change sectors under IPA II and IPA III. to strengthen the capacity of actual and potential final beneficiaries/IBPMs to prepare, implement, and manage projects in line with IPA provisions. to promote the Environment and Climate Operational Programme (ESOP) and raise awareness of its contribution to the country’s sustainable development.
