| ABOUT THE PROJECT | Within the scope of the project, comprehensive work was carried out on waste management and environmental compliance. Maps were prepared, quality and quantity surveys covering at least two seasons were conducted alongside waste characterisation studies, and an appropriate waste management system was proposed.
In addition, in accordance with FIDIC/PRAG requirements, all supporting documents for the technical assistance, construction and supply components (detailed feasibility studies, designs, drawings, etc.) were prepared, and IPA Application Packages containing complete tender dossiers were developed. EIA processes were conducted in compliance with both EU and Turkish legislation, taking into account nature conservation directives. Furthermore, study visits were organised to observe best practices on-site and facilitate the sharing of experience. |
