On April 17–18, 2025, we held an insightful informative seminar on “Service Contracts – PRAG (Practical Guide) Provisions, ToR Preparation and Procurement” as part of the Technical Assistance for Promoting Sustainable Management Capacity of DoEUI and Capacity Building of End-Recipients Project.

With the involvement of Ms. Işıl Nadire Yener, and through presentations and dynamic group work, participants explored every step of the procurement process for service contracts—from drafting effective Terms of Reference to managing procedures in line with PRAG provisions. Our event was enriched and attended by Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and Turkish Association of Municipalities.
