Mr. İsmail TÜZGEN was appointed to the position of Director General of EU and Foreign Relations with the appointment decision published in the Official Gazette numbered 32605 and signed by President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

With this decision, the position of Chairman of the IPA Management Authority was also transferred to him.

Mr. İsmail TÜZGEN took over the position from Mr. Hüseyin Bayraktar at the handover ceremony held at our General Directorate.

Mr. Hüseyin BAYRAKTAR thanked our Department Heads, Branch Managers, Private Secretary Officers and all our colleagues for their devoted work to date.
