Quality Control Unit Coordinator

She was born in 1976 in Kayseri province. Following her graduation from Ondokuz Mayıs University’s Department of Environmental Engineering, she was awarded the title of Senior Environmental Engineering after obtaining her master’s degree at Hacettepe University.
She was assigned as an Environmental Engineer to the Ankara Provincial Directorate of Environment and Urbanization from 2001 to 2011, where she worked on environmental permits, inspections, and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) processes. As from 2011, she worked at the Ministry’s central office, serving as a Contract Specialist at the Technical Implementation Unit of the European Union Investments Directorate from 2011 to 2013, and as an Accreditation Specialist, Risk Manager, and Quality Control Specialist at the Quality Assurance and Control Unit from 2013 to 2014. Between 2014 and 2016, she served as the Coordinator of the Procurement Unit, and from 2016 and 2025, as the Coordinator of the Project Preparation Unit. Since August 2025, she has been working as the Coordinator of the Quality Control Unit at the Department of Project Implementation reporting to the General Directorate of European Union and Foreign Relations.
He is married and a mother of two children.
The duties of the Quality Control Unit are as follows:
- Controlling tender documentation received from the Procurement Unit and addenda received from the Contract Management Unit;
- Responding to inspection reports drafted by inspectors in coordination with the Department of Project Preparation and Monitoring and preparing and implementing action plans regarding inspection findings;
- Carrying out irregularity reporting;
- Preparing the risk management plan;
- Preparing and updating documents related to human resources management, and coordinating workload analysis and training needs analysis efforts; and
- Conducting other duties assigned by the Department Head.
