ABOUT THE PROJECT Overall Objective of the project is:

To accelerate Türkiye’s accession to the EU by enabling a high level of environmental protection and compliance with the EU Water and Wastewater Directives in the Yüksekova region

Specific Objectives of the Project:

  • Provision of technical assistance to Yüksekova Municipality for the development of administrative, financial and technical capacity and for the modernisation of the Water Services Department (WSD)
  • Supporting to the Municipality for the establishment and management of an efficient Water Services Department (WSD).
