The 1st ACU (Action Coordination Unit) Meeting of the MARDA Project has been successfully held.

Following the completion of the Inception Phase, the meeting provided an opportunity to comprehensively review the current status of the project, assess the progress achieved so far, and discuss upcoming priorities together with our stakeholders.

Beyond being a formal coordination milestone, the meeting also served as an important platform highlighting the strengthening of institutional cooperation, the steady advancement of technical work, and the importance of coordinated efforts in the implementation of MSFD.

In the upcoming period, the project will focus on the following key areas:

• Finalisation of the GAP Analysis
• Advancement of training and capacity-building activities
• Strengthening national and international knowledge exchange mechanisms
