Project proposals are requested from institutions by means of official letters during the appropriate periods of a given programming process. Applications must be prepared in line with the envisaged format and submitted to us in due time.
Project proposals of public institutions and organizations are accepted.
When preparing a project proposal, it is important to consider the guidelines set out in the request letter and to prepare a proposal in line with the priorities identified by our country and the European Union.
Following the release of a call for project proposal, prioritization efforts are made within the framework of the forecast budget and the project proposals so identified are submitted to the European Commission. The projects found appropriate following the relevance and maturity assessment by the European Commission are entitled to receive financial assistance.
